The Brazilian based Delta electronics started producing ham equipment in 1950, first under Geloso license. In later years they set up their own development department.

The Delta line was extensive, with remote VFOs, antenna tuners, many models of SSB transceivers, analog and digital readout (non-PLL), linear amplifiers and more.

When the local Brazilian market finally opened to international import, Delta could not stand up to Japanese competition and had to closed down in 1987.
