I like the way they look, and they work OK, but the receiver is not all that good. Noise is the main issue. Would have been a great radio if the receiver was better. This radio also gets hot. Crisp, clean audio on both transmit and receive, good filtering, excellent band coverage. What's not to love? The only thing that would make it better is a DTMF mic, 220 xmit capability and a better computer programming interface. Would you like to comment?
