The Kenwood TH-41AT is an affordable, easy-to-use and compact 70 cm HT. Frequency selection is via BCD thumbwheel decadic switches on the top of the radio. RF output may be selected at 150 mW or 1 watt. There is an optional TU-6 CTCSS encoder.

The Kenwood TH-41AT is similar to the Kenwood TH-21AT, but covers the 440 MHz band instead of 2 meters.
