A 6M guru's staple rig for decades.

Swan (Cubic) 250, VHF Transceiver

Until the Kenwood TS-60 came out, as well as newer HF rigs with 6M added, this was the "Go-to" rig for 6M gurus for decades. Good punchy TX audio, lots of barefoot power to boot, great RX, and fairly stable VFO after a 1 hour warm-up. They commanded at least $500.00 at hamfest flea-markets for years. In my mind, still worth getting if found for under $200.00. Even in poor condition, if $100.00, worth getting to rebuilt and make it shine on-air again.
