Cubic Astro 103 Excellent Transceiver

Swan (Cubic) Astro-103, HF Transceiver

I have had this radio for sometime. I have owned a lot of Swan radios over the years, but to me, this was the best of the lot. Very stable vfos and great audio. I was lucky to run across this radio. I traded my Drake TR7A and accessories to get it.....that is how much I think of this radio. I love the passband tuning and the receive audio is outstanding. I continually get compliments on the transmit audio as well. A great old time first generation solid state radio.
