The WinRadio WR-1500e is a medium-range external receiver similar to the WiNRADiO WR-1000e but with enhanced SSB facilities, extended frequency range and improved performance. The frequency range is 150 kHz to 1.5 GHz (the US version excludes cellular frequencies 825-849 and 869-894 MHz).
