Mobile Shortwave Transceiver

The Belcom Kappa-15 is a quirky little 15 meter QRP-rig from the early 1970s. Tuning is done in 10 kHz steps, with a VXO providing fine-tuning of + or - 5 kHz. Only SSB (USB) is supported. Very rare.
