Like my review of the 320, it is based on my using these in the British military under exercise conditions.

These are very robust sets, and very straight forward to use. Managed to operate these in the rear of a Land Rover with minimal lighting. Rarely known to fail, but as a vehicle mounted set they are really heavy. Case was hardened to be EMP proof should there ever be a nuclear attack. Designed to be "soldierproof" they should be ham proof!

y preference would be the 320 only because it is a more versatile radio, but both proved to be exceptionally reliable over many years.
