AOR AR-240 reviews

I decided to take my old AR240 out of retirement
and see if it still worked. Much to my surprise
it did work and as well as the day that I last
switched it off.
Of course the NiCad pack is in need of exchange
but the transceiver is spot on and functions
in all respects and that after 28 years of QRT.

I believe that I purchased it in 1976.

Nr. 201316.

A remarkable piece of plastic and a tribute to
its Japanese manufacturers.
