The ICOM IC-2 is a ruggedly built 2 meter handheld radio. Even though it was introduced way back in the early 1980's, spare parts can still be found fairly easily (2010). The keypad is for DTMF use only, tuning is done via thumbwheel switches located on the top of the rig.
