The Kenwood TH-21AT is an affordable, easy-to-use and compact 2 meter HT. Frequency selection is via BCD thumbwheel decadic switches on the top of the radio. RF output may be selected at 150 mW or 1 watt. There is an optional TU-6 CTCSS encoder.
The Kenwood TH-21AT is similar to the Kenwood TH-41AT, but covers the 2 meter band instead of 440 MHz.
The Kenwood TH-21A is similar to the TH-21AT, but does not have the 16 key autopatch keypad.
