Yaesu FT-7B reviews

I am awaiting my foundation exam and have been setting up a shack in preparation so have very little to compare this with. As yet it has only been used for listening with just a random length of wire for an antenna.
I have managed to listen to large areas of europe and some in south america and feel the quality is good for such an old rig,there is some station drift but easily controlled and tends to settle down after a bit.
I will return once i have qualified and set up a 'proper' antenna and used it to transmit.
It is very solidly built and should go on for ever.
