The ICOM IC-4iE is a handheld UHF transceiver. It covers 430-440 MHz for both receive and transmit. The RF output power is selectable: High: 5 W, Low 3: 2.5 W, Low 2: 500 mW, Low 1: 20 mW. The radio requires 6-16V DC and weighs 260 gr with BP-121 battery pack. The dimensions are 91 × 58 × 30 mm with the BP-121 battery pack. Current drain is 18-160 mA during receive and a maximum of 1.4 A during transmit.
