The ICOM IC-E92D is a handheld VHF/UHF transceiver. It covers 144-146 and 430-440 MHz (Europe) for transmit and 0.495-999 MHz for receive. Tuning steps are selectable from 5 to 200 kHz. RF output is selectable between High: 5W, Mid1: 2.5W, Mid2: 500mW, Low: 100mW. It features D-Star concept, alpha tags, CTCSS and DTCS, and is submersible (1 meter/30 minutes). Dimensions are 112 × 58 × 34 mm. Weight is 300 gr with BP-256 battery pack.
