RF output power is selectable between High: 5/5 W, Low 3: 3.5 W, Low 2: 1.5 W, Low 1: 0.5 W, and El: 15 mW. Audio output is 200 mW. It features Twin RX and has 2 memory banks with a total of 64 channels. The IC-W21E requires 5-16V DC power supply. Dimensions are 125 × 57 × 35 mm. The transceiver weighs 390 gr.
