The Kenwood TM-2570A is a mobile VHF transceiver. It covers 144-148 MHz for both reception and transmission. The frequency stability is ± 15 p.p.m. It has an RF output of 5-70 W and audio output greater than 1.5 W across 8 ohm with 5% distortion. The transceiver requires 13.8 V DC power, draws 600 mA in receive mode and 16 A in transmit mode. Dimensions are 60 × 180 × 250 mm. It features DCL.
