The Yaesu FTM-400D is a mobile transceiver covering 108-470 / 800-999 MHz (cellular blocked) with transmit capability on 2m / 70cm. It features a double conversion superheterodyne receiver system with IF frequencies of 1st: 47.25 / 44.85 MHz and 2nd: 450 kHz. The transceiver has selectable tuning steps of 5 / 6.25 / 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 50 / 100 kHz and filters of 12 / 30 kHz. RF output power is selectable at 5 / 20 / 50 W with an audio output of 4 W @ 10% THD. It includes 2 memory banks with 1000 channels, GPS/APRS, packet radio capability, spectrum scope, ARTS, Bluetooth, twin RX and a microSD slot. Dimensions are 72 × 140 × 20 mm (panel).
