Frequency stability is ± 2.5 p.p.m. with tuning steps of 25 kHz, 20 kHz, or 12.5 kHz. RF output is 5W or 25W. Audio output is 5W (less than 5% distortion) or 3W (less than 3% distortion). It features 1 memory bank with 128 channels and short message functionality. Power requirements are 13.6V DC ±15%. Current drain is 2A max in RX and 8A max in TX. Dimensions are 43 × 152 × 125 mm.
