The Alan CT-79 is a handheld VHF/UHF transceiver. It covers 100-173 / 350-469.95 MHz in receive and 144-146 / 432-436 MHz in transmit. Tuning steps are selectable from 5, 10, 12.5, 20, 25, 50 or 100 kHz. RF output is selectable at 0.5, 2.5 or 5 W. The radio features Twin RX and dimensions are 92 × 65 × 38 mm without battery.
