The Baofeng DM-9HX is a dual-band DMR handheld transceiver. It covers 65-108 / 136-174 / 400-480 MHz for reception and 136-174 / 400-480 MHz for transmission. Frequency stability is ± 2.5 p.p.m. with tuning steps of 2.5 / 5 / 6.25 / 10 / 12.5 / 20 / 25 kHz. RF output is selectable at 1 or 5 W. Audio output is 1 W. It features 1 memory bank with 1024 channels, CTCSS/PL and DCS, an LED flashlight, DMR Tier I and II compatibility, and 256 contacts. The DM-9HX requires a 7.4 V DC Li-ion power source. Current drain is 380 mA while receiving and 1.5 A while transmitting. Dimensions are 140 × 58 × 32 mm.
