The Alinco DJ-162TD 2 Meter HT employs advanced technology to bring you simple operation with powerful features. Three watts of RF is available with the optional EBP-10NA NiCad battery and up to 5 watts is available with the optional EBM-12NA. Channel steps include: 5, 10, 12.5, 20 and 25 kHz. CTCSS encode is standard. The informative LCD is backlit and has a five second timer. You get 20 memory channels and 1 call channel. Three different paging functions are supported and multiple scanning functions are built in. Extended receive lets you hear from 137 to 174 MHz.
