The DJ-X10T/E employs a triple conversion superheterodyne circuit and covers 100 kHz to 2000 MHz (less cellular). Modes of reception include AM/CW/USB/LSB/N-FM and W-FM. The appropriate mode will be selected by the radio, based on the tuned frequency, or you can manually select the mode. A total of 1200 memory channels are available in 30 banks of 40 channels each. The large, illuminated three line LCD even boasts a 40 segment spectral display. Other features include: 24 hour clock-timer, dual VFO's, help message menu system, beginner-expert modes, multiple S-meter displays, automatic memory write, multiple scanning modes, battery save function, PC programmable and PC controllable and monitor key. This radio can accept external power in the range of 8 to 25 VDC.

The Alinco DJ-X10K model is the same as above, but without the 816-902 MHz cellular gap and can be purchased via government or qualifying commercial purchase order or for export only (USA).
