kg5exaRadio works good, tnc works but not as good as external tnc. I wanted to use mine with a kpc-3 plus tnc, I had to remove the built in tnc and solder a cable to use with the external tnc (host bbs) worked great after that(works good to connect via packet), otherwise no other issues with the radio...
good value for basic radio.
