Kenwood TS-950S reviews

Mine is the ts950sd, the digital 150watt version, and its been in my shack now for over 7 years, during this time I have worked the globe on this radio and absolutely without a hitch! I originally was looking for the sdx version, but the SD is a lot less expensive to buy and is a delight to own and use, I have had zero issues with this rig all the time I have owned it, it might be a poor man's sdx but not so you would notice. Performance is brilliant and the 150watts a boon when you want a little extra boost. All my ham friends know my appreciation for this rig and I'm delighted to pass that on to you dear reader. If you can obtain a mint condition one like mine snap it up is my advice to you.
