I bought a Wouxon KG-805G and a Midland MXT400 to start my shack as I study for my Technician ticket. My girlfriend's friend's husband passed a couple of weeks ago and his widow gave me his Radio Shack HTX-202, rarely used by him, and his MFJ-557 CW practice key in return for my labors getting her hot tub running again.
It is i nice little tranciever who transmits
on 66-88 mhz band! You don,t need any programming
cable or any programming software to put in the freqvensies. You just push the buttons and turn
the knobs as it says in the manual.
You can start it up in the channel mode or the
freq, mode by push the meny button and hold it down and turn it on !To put it back in the channel mode do the same again.
