good receiver for 1843 kHz AM!
dtsifakisThis little receiver has been modified to work on 1843 kHz, by swapping the xtal oscillator with a fixed LC oscillator (19 turns on T50-6 and about 3n capacitance plus trimmer). The front-end filtering also has been changed to a double-tuned circuit tuned to 1843 kHz. No other changes have been made. I now use it with my 1843 kHz AM transmitter for participating in the local daytime AM net.
