The Lowe PR-150 pre-selector and pre-amp is an accessory for the Lowe HF-150 receiver. It covers 100 kHz to 30 MHz in seven bands. Each band represents a dual-tank LC filter circuit, each of which can tune over 2.5:1 frequency range. each filter is passive. For additional gain, the built in UHF bipolar transistor preamp gives low noise performance with high dynamic range. The preamp may be turned on or off. The PR-150 also features an Attenuator and A/B antenna switch. It is built in a very solid metal alloy case. The rear panel has Antenna A input (SO-239 or Hi-Z terminals) and Antenna B input (Hi-Z terminals). Output to the receiver is 50 ohm SO-239.
