The Youkits HB-1A is a 3 band QRP CW transceiver. It covers 5-16 MHz for receive and 7.0-7.3 / 10.1-10.15 / 14.0-14.35 MHz for transmit on 20 / 30 / 40 m bands. The HB-1A features a DDS circuit with 50MHz reference frequency and a 1602 LCD. It has an RF output of 4 W max @ 13.8 V and an audio output of 0.1W into an 8 ohm load. The transceiver can be powered by 8 × AA batteries or 9-14 V DC. Dimensions are 95 × 140 × 35 mm. The current drain is 55 mA in receive and 550-950 mA in transmit.
