The TRA-921 is a solid state portable HF radio, built in the UK. Frequency is selected using decade switches and an antenna tuner (ATU) is built-in. The microphone connector seems similar to Clansman connector, but is in fact different. The TRA-921 is also known as the Racal Syncal.
