The Hallicrafters S-120 general coverage receiver tunes from 540 to 30000 kHz in four bands. Ranges: .55-1.6, 1.6-4.4, 4.5-11 and 11-30 MHz. There is also a 0-100 bandspread scale. Features include: ¼" Headphone Jack, BFO, Standby, built-in 5 inch speaker and illuminated dial. There is a built-in AM band Ferrite antenna, telescopic whip and external antenna terminals.
The circuit consists of: 12BE6 Converter, 12BA6 IF Amp/BFO, 12AV6 Audio Amp/AVC, 50C5 Audio Power Amp plus one selenium rectifier.
