The Yaesu FT-7400H is a robustly built 70 cm mobile transceiver. The heavy heat sink allows output at 35 watts max. without a fan. Transmit is from 430-440/450 and receive is 420-470 MHz. A 38 tone CTCSS encode board is built-in. You can selectively call up channels to display by frequency or six character alphanumeric name. Five scanning methods and 31 memories are available. The Yaesu FT-2400 and FT-7400H meet the stringent MIL STD-810 rating for shock and vibration.
