The historic Bearcat 101 was the first crystal-less scanner. It receives VHF Low, VHF High and UHF. 16 frequencies may be set by the user. Programming is via the front panel. No manual, but includes some programming directions off the Web. Channels 12 and 13 not scanning, but may just not be programmed. The rear panel has a Motorola antenna jack and speaker jack. We did not try to program it, but it is working and receiving the local NOAA weather channel. Includes removable whip antenna.
