The Heathkit GC-1092A is basically a Heathkit GC-1005 with some additions. A light sensor adjusted the brightness depending on ambient circumstances. Like the Heathkit GC-1005 this model can be wired either in 12 or 24 hour format, has AM / PM alarms and a seven minute snooze interval. Accuracy depends in 50 / 60 Hz power line. The clock is built around an MOS/LSI integrated circuit.
