The Yaesu FT-2200 is a compact, full-featured 2 meter mobile transceiver. Despite its diminutive size, it provides RF power out at 5, 25 or 50 watts. 50 Memories are available. Extened receive from 110-180 MHz is featured including the civil air band (118-139 MHz in AM mode). The optional DVS-3 Digital voice unit permits digital voice recording and playback. A backlit DTMF hande mic is supplied.
The Yaesu FT-7200 is similar to the Yaesu FT-2200 but covers the 430-450 MHz (70 cm) band instead of 2 meters.
