When you need to carry a rig with you which can do mostly everything

It definetly is a keeper and can do things where my B3 modified VX-7R simply has to give up (no SSB for example). The very first weekend I got it, I've tried it out on the 80m band attached to some rough matched g5rv and got 100 kilometers per watt during a contest. (250km @2.5W) running on AA batteries.
