The Yaesu FT-857D is a Mobile HF/VHF/UHF Transceiver. It covers 0.1-76 / 108-174 / 420-512 MHz in receive and 10-160 m + WARC and 60 m / 6 m / 2 m / 70 cm in transmit. RF output is 100 W on 6-160 m, 50 W on 2 m and 20 W on 70 cm. It features a built-in keyer, beacon mode, 32 color display, CTCSS and detachable front panel. The radio has 1 memory bank with 200 channels. Dimensions are 52 × 155 × 233 mm. It requires 13.8V DC power supply. Current drain is 0.6-1 A in receive and max 22 A in transmit. The weight is 2.1 kg.
