The Dragon SS-797 is a base station transceiver. It covers 7-7.3 MHz for both transmit and receive with a frequency stability of ± 300 Hz. Tuning steps are selectable at 1, 10 or 100 kHz. The SS-797 has an image rejection of ≥ 90 dB. RF output power is FM/SSB: 50 W, AM: 20 W. Audio output is 3 W into an 8 ohm speaker. It features 1 memory bank with 5 channels.
